Does anyone out there know if you can embed a link into the custom block page messages a user receives?

I learned that the forms are just XML formatting and used that code to add what I needed
+2we used the solution other mentioned but what i was trying to figure out is how to embed a mail to and pull attributes the blocked message into the email so when it go to our ticketing system it has all the info in it.
