For real-time policies covering Gmail, we currently support the the ability to block or coach users on activities including Attach, Download, Send, Upload, View All.
Delete actions are typically relegated to API Protection policies covering apps like Box that support delete actions for data-at-rest in the cloud app. Can you share the use case you are looking to solve?
